MISBHV SS/17- An Overdue Review

Whilst MISBHV's FW/17 women's and menswear collection has the more contemporary side of fashion captivated, the effects of MISBHV's previous release still reverberate throughout the industry.
If MISBHV's latest "6 years in the Rave" was a firm nod to the thrilling debauchery and hedonism of the 90s, then the "object of Desire" collection embodies the noughties Techno/Disco rave scene, channeling post-soviet euphoria.
The Polish label offers a wide breadth of looks ranging from ethereal sheer slip dresses to faded structured denim, but two items had a paramount allure. Being the hooded sweatshirt enthusiast that i am, i found myself drawn to the "Desire" and "2000s" designs. Individually, these pieces channel the elements of heavy metal and the clubbing retrospective that defined this time period.
